顾长志

简介


男,1997年于吉林大学获凝聚态物理博士学位。1991-2001年在吉林大学超硬材料国家重点实验室工作,任教授。1997-1999年在德国夫琅和费(Fraunhofer)薄膜与表面工程研究所、2001年在德国柏林自由大学物理系、2004年在日本国立材料研究所(NIMS)从事合作研究。现在中国科学院物理研究所纳米物理与器件实验室工作,任研究员、博士生导师。

主要研究方向


纳米材料与纳米结构的可控加工、新奇物理特性及器件应用研究

过去的主要工作及获得的成果


实现了以金刚石、碳纳米管和石墨烯为代表的碳基纳米材料的可控制备,发展了多种电学、磁学和光学等材料的纳米结构与器件的可控加工方法;发现了室温下纳米结构随尺寸变化的许多新奇物理特性,如多壁碳纳米管中电子的多通道弹道输运特性,为在纳米器件互联中的应用奠定了基础;基于铁磁金属纳米结构中畴壁的运动,构筑成功低功耗的全金属磁逻辑电路;发展了多种三维纳米结构与器件加工的新方法,实现了在纳米晶体管、超材料和等离激元光学器件上的应用。在Nature子刊、PRL、Nano Letters、Advanced Materiasl、JACS等国际著名学术杂志上发表论文300余篇,他人引用6000余次,获发明专利授权30余项,完成国家级鉴定验收成果7项。2000年获教育部“跨世纪人才”称号,2006年获国务院“政府特殊津贴”,2007年获中国物理学会“胡刚复物理奖”,2008年获“国家杰出青年基金”,2018年获英国皇家工程学会"杰出访问学者奖“。

主要研究纳米材料与结构的可控加工原理与方法,探索其室温下不同于体材料的新奇物理特性,并基于此构筑具有电、磁、光以及生物等特性的新型纳米器件与电路。

培养研究生情况
