王建涛

简介


1996年3月毕业于日本东北大学材料物理专业,获学士学位; 1996年4月-2000年9月在日本东北大学金属材料研究所学习,获材料物理博士学位; 2000年10月-2002年5月物理所博士后; 2002年6月-2007年6月 历任物理所 副研究员、科技处副处长、处长等职; 2007年7月至今 任中国科学院物理研究所研究员,博士生导师。兼任第一届第二届第三届中国材料研究会计算材料分会委员、第八届中国地球物理学会环境地球物理专业委员会委员、中科院《科学观察》编委。2015年3月起兼任中国科学院大学岗位教授,主讲《固体理论》。

主要研究方向


三维碳烯的拓扑半金属物性;高压相变与物性;表面吸附与重构;金属的高温非谐效应等理论计算研究。

过去的主要工作及获得的成果


近年来致力于碳硅锗表面自组装以及碳硅锗体材料高压相变机制的理论研究。发表SCI论文100余篇,其中PRL七篇。

目前的研究课题及展望


三维碳烯晶体结构的拓扑Node-Line特性,硅基化合物功能材料,金属合金与化合物磁性。

培养研究生情况
