白雪冬

简介:

男,1968年出生,国家杰出青年基金获得者,973项目首席科学家,国家“万人计划”领军人才入选者。现任中国科学院物理所研究员、博士生导师。1999年在中科院金属所获博士学位,2000年在美国纽约州立大学布法罗分校做访问研究,2002-2003年在美国佐治亚理工学院和哈佛大学做博士后,2004年在日本国立材料科学研究所做访问研究员。现为《Journal of Nanomaterials》杂志副主编。2008年获得北京市科技一等奖,2011年获得国家自然科学二等奖,2015年获得中国物理学会胡刚复奖。

过去的主要工作及获得的成果:

自主研制完成了用于低维纳米材料物性研究的原位透射电子显微镜电学/光学性质测量仪器,通过构筑纳米材料及其器件结构,在原子尺度上研究低维材料及其界面结构的新物性,取得了系列创新性成果,主要包括: 1)实现了单根碳纳米管电输运性质和光学性质与手性指数对应关系的定量表征,合作获得了首张纳米管光学跃迁能量全谱。2)操纵并测量单根半导体纳米线电学、光学和光电性质,发现氧化锌纳米线弯曲形变可以调节其电学和光学性质,实验观测到纳米尺度下的光、力、电耦合现象,并具有显著的尺寸效应。3)在原子尺度观测表征离子输运与结构演变过程,原位实时揭示能源、环境和信息器件工作的微观机理,如观察到二氧化铈氧空位电迁移过程,发现二氧化铈受电场驱动发生还原的现象,提出电场辅助降低二氧化铈催化剂工作温度的新方法;原位成像锂离子电池材料电化学锂化的原子机制;以及电阻型存储器的工作机理等。上述工作在国际同行中有较高学术影响,应邀在美国秋季材料会议、美国真空大会、国际电镜会议等重要会议上多次做邀请报告。已授权9项发明专利,在Nature及其子刊/PRL/JACS/Adv. Mater./Nano Lett.等杂志上合作发表SCI论文150余篇,累计被引用超过8000次,论文被引用的H因子是45。

目前的研究课题及展望:
