鲍丽宏

简介


1979年出生于山西省,1999年考入南京大学物理系,2003年获本科学位。同年进入中国科学院物理研究所学习,2008年获得博士学位。博士毕业后先后在美国南卡罗莱纳大学、爱荷华州立大学从事博士后研究。2013年9月加入中国科学院物理研究所纳米物理与器件实验室,现任副研究员,博士生导师。期间曾在美国布朗大学、普渡大学从事访问研究。2015年入选中国科学院青年创新促进会,并于2019年获得优秀会员基金支持。

主要研究方向


主要从事低维纳米体系的构筑、物性及电子器件研究。通过机械剥离、化学气相沉积、分子束外延等方法制备低维纳米材料,利用微纳米加工技术方法制作电极,在超高真空四探针扫描隧道显微镜(原位)、综合物性测量系统(非原位)中研究低维纳米体系中载流子输运的基本性质,探索低维纳米材料的微观结构与物性的基本关系,对其电子输运性质进行调控,构筑面向未来信息科技应用的功能电子器件。

过去的主要工作及获得的成果


1. 国际上首次发现交联PMMA覆盖层对黑磷的保护及导电类型的调控作用,构筑了黑磷栅调制二极管、双向整流器及逻辑反相器等电子器件;
2. 利用超高真空四探针扫描隧道显微镜原位系统研究了石墨烯晶界、褶皱的输运性质;
3. 首次在超薄VSe2单晶纳米片中观测到了弱反局域化效应,并证实了其准二维电子输运的特性;
4. 首次在VTe2单晶纳米片中观测到了由痕量插层V原子导致的近藤效应;
5. 首次实现SnSe在柔性衬底上的外延生长并研究了其厚度依赖的晶格振动及热电性质。
