过去的主要工作及获得的成果


在国际上首次实现了原子级精准控制、按需定制的石墨烯折叠,是目前世界上最小尺寸的石墨烯折纸。通过过低温STM原子操纵技术实现了:1. 石墨烯纳米结构的原子级精准折叠与解折叠;2. 同一个石墨烯结构沿任意方向的反复折叠;3. 堆叠角度精确可调的旋转堆垛的双层石墨烯纳米结构;4. 准一维碳纳米管纳米结构的构筑;5. 双晶石墨烯纳米结构的可控折叠及其异质结的构筑。此外,通过与理论学家合作,应用扫描隧道谱与第一性原理计算确定折叠石墨烯的纳米结构的精确原子构型与局域电子态结构,发现通过石墨烯“纳米折纸术”得到的准一维纳米管异质结具有不同的能带排列方式。该工作受到了英国物理学会《Physics World》、美国物理学会《Phys. Org》、麻省理工科技评论《MIT Technology Review》、美国国家石墨烯协会《National Graphene Association》和《Asian Scientist》等学术评论网站的关注与报道。相关工作发表在 [Science 36, 1036 (2019)].
