陈沅沙

简介


男,1981年生,湖南长沙人。现为中科院物理研究所副研究员,博士导师。
2000年-2004年 北京大学物理系,本科;
2004年-2009年 北京大学物理学院,凝聚态物理博士学位;
2009年-2011年 北京大学信息学院微电子系,博士后,新型存储器件的设计研发;
2011年6月-至今 中国科学院物理研究所磁性国家重点实验室,M03组。

主要研究方向


1. 强关联氧化物体系量子序调控及其相关新效应研究
研究氧化物薄膜及异质结构中多自由度之间的耦合竞争相互作用及其导致的新奇物理效应和量子态;研究磁光电场调控下关联体系量子态的演变规律及其对宏观物性的影响;探索关联材料体系中人工结构、电子态、自旋态等的可控设计方案,开发新材料新原理型器件。

2. 低维材料体系磁性研究和性能调控
二维磁性材料及其异质结构的可控制备,研究此类体系中磁性产生、自旋扩散等机制;研究低温强磁场条件下,磁性二维异质结构的界面拓扑磁性结构和动力学行为,以及电-声相互作用,自旋-轨道耦合效应和电/光学特性;基于相关物理新效应构建新型自旋原型器件。

过去的主要工作及获得的成果


多年来一直从事强关联氧化物材料,氧化物半导体材料和自旋电子学等方面的研究工作。主要成果包括:首次原位记录了氧化物材料阻变过程中导电通道形成演变的动态过程,展示出双极型阻变效应的清晰物理图像,为解决RRAM器件可靠性问题提供了依据;首次在纳米线器件中演示了记忆二极管效应,并提出了多维突触可塑性的概念,为高密度低功耗电子神经突触器件的开发提供了新途径;实现了钙钛矿/类钙钛矿氧化物异质界面电子自旋态的可控设计以及高效的电调控。相关研究结果已在Nat. Commun.,Adv. Mater., Adv. Funct. Mater., Nano Lett., ACS Nano, Phys. Rev. Appl.,Phys. Rev. B.等SCI期刊上发表文章100余篇, 发明专利10余项。已主持多项家自然科学基金面上项目,参与国家重点专项、国家重点研发计划、科学院前沿科学研究等项目的研究工作。
