许兵

简介


1986年生,2008年本科毕业于武汉大学,获材料物理学士学位;2014年于中国科学院物理研究所获凝聚态物理专业博士学位,之后在北京高压科学研究中心和瑞士弗里堡大学从事博士后研究;2022年1月加入中国科学院物理研究所超导国家重点实验室,任特聘研究员,博士生导师。

主要研究方向


利用和搭建各类条件下的光学测量手段研究关联电子材料和新型拓扑量子材料。

过去的主要工作及获得的成果


过去的工作主要聚焦在铁基超导体的电荷动力学研究、5d过渡金属铱氧化物的相变研究以及新型拓扑量子材料的光学性质等方面,研究的内容涉及非常规超导电性及其配对机制、自旋密度波态、电声相互作用、金属-绝缘体相变、Weyl费米子和多重费米子,以及拓扑相变等当前凝聚态物理的前沿科学问题。迄今在Physical Review Letters、 PNAS、Nature子刊等国际知名期刊发表论文49篇。主要成果有:1)揭示铁基超导体中不同电子相态下的电荷动力学性质,包括非费米液体行为、自旋密度波及其涨落、超导能隙,以及电声相互作用与超导转变温度的关联等;2)首次揭示了Sr2IrO4 中Mott能隙到Slater能隙的过渡,以及Nd2Ir2O7 中连续型的Mott 相变和新奇的低熵导电态;3)揭示了TaAs 中Weyl 费米子的光学证据及其与声子的耦合作用,ZrTe5 中温度驱动的拓扑相变和手性拓扑半金属CoSi 中多重费米子的光学响应。
