杨威

简介


中国科学院物理研究所“特聘研究员”,博士生导师。1987年出生于江西省。2009年在山东大学获得物理学士学位,2014年7月在中国科学院物理研究所获得凝聚态物理博士学位,并荣获中国科学院院长特别奖。2014年赴法国国家科学研究中心(CNRS)、巴黎高等师范学校(ENS)从事首期博士后研究,然后于2017年赴西班牙光子科学研究所(ICFO)从事第二期博士后研究。2019年加入中国科学院物理研究所纳米实验室。

主要研究方向


主要以低温量子输运测量为手段,研究低维纳米结构中出现的新奇物理现象。研究领域涉及低维纳米材料与器件的制备加工以及低温强磁场电学输运、量子霍尔效应、高频(GHz)热输运、纳米机械振动等方面。

过去的主要工作及获得的成果


发表SCI学术论文60余篇, 包括第一或通讯作者文章Physical Review X (2023), Physical Review Letters (2023,2020,2018), Nano letters (2024,2016),Science Bulletin (2023), Nature Communications (2022), Nature Physics (2020), Nature Nanotechnology (2018)、Nature Materials (2013,ESI高被引文章)等,总计被包括Science 等在内的高水平期刊引用3000余次(web of science),Google Scholar 6100余次。


主要在摩尔超晶格调制下的量子输运、电声子耦合导致的电子快速降温、纳米机械振动等方向取得了重要原创性研究成果:
1.  国际上首次实现了石墨烯在六方氮化硼表面的异质外延以及超晶格结构对能带的调制。
2.  观测到分形的Hofstadter Butterfly能谱、超晶格的张量周期势和带隙、魔角石墨烯的超导和强关联效应。
3.  发现Zener-Klein隧穿效应,并实现远程 Hyperbolic 声子的高效制冷。
4.  提出一种由磁激发不稳定而导致的量子霍尔效应崩溃(QHE breakdown)的机制。
5.  实现电子对碳纳米管振动声子的量子调控。

6. 发现莫尔体系中自旋-能谷竞争序和谷极化关联绝缘态。

7. 发现莫尔体系中绝缘态的量子振荡行为。

8. 发现莫尔体系中自旋长程序和量子一阶相变。

9. 构筑基于二硫化钼转角莫尔体系,发现近室温关联绝缘态。

10. 构筑弱耦合莫尔量子双层体系,实现“层”级物态调控。
