简介:
潘金波,副研究员,博士生导师,国科大岗位教师,2016年中科院物理所获博士学位,2015-2016年美国Vanderbilt University交流访问,2016-2019年美国Temple University从事博士后研究,2019年入选中科院物理所引进海外杰出人才计划,2023年入选中科院青年创新促进会,获评J. Phys.: Conden. Matter Emerging Leaders 2020学术称号,原子级制造论坛青年委员会委员,Information & Functional Materials(IFM)青年编委。研究兴趣包括利用基于密度泛函理论的高通量计算、机器学习等数据驱动手段预测高性能低维电子学、磁性功能材料,发现材料在低维极限下的新奇物理,揭示新材料的构效关系,设计新原理器件。
主要研究方向:
1. 低维信息功能材料的高通量计算
2. 基于物理知识的机器学习模型开发
3. 低维极限下的磁性物理
过去的主要工作及获得的成果:
近年代表性研究成果如下:搭建了功能材料筛选机器学习框架,预测了一批面向未来信息器件、具备重要应用潜力的低维沟道、介电及存储功能材料,并阐明了其构效关系;自主开发了sym4state.jl 磁性计算程序,厘清了二维材料体系中表面磁性原子近藤效应、磁性拓扑、拓扑磁结构与非常规磁性等新奇物理现象的内在机理,同时提出了相应逆向设计策略;建立了二维材料 - 基底界面数据库、离子层状基元数据库及离子层状材料数据库。
