理学博士,中国科学院物理研究所,研究员。
2005年,博士毕业于中国科学院物理研究所光物理实验室;
2007年,中国科学院高能物理研究所加速器中心博士后出站;
2007年,进入中科院物理研究所中子中心工作,任助理研究员;2009年,任副研究员;
2018年至今,担任中国散裂中子源大气中子辐照谱仪负责人,研究员,研究生导师;
主要研究方向:
中子物理 计算物理 材料辐照与测试
过去的主要工作及获得的成果:
(1)主要从事高能粒子的核反应理论与实验研究,承担了中国散裂中子源靶站中子物理设计与实验测量,开展了中子学性能、散裂反应产物,靶站重要部件的活化、衰变、辐照损伤、感生放射性等的计算分析与测量;建立了双NaI、双BGO的β、γ谱仪探测器并开展了高能粒子的实验测量;完成了“中国散裂中子源”工程项目所承担的技术验收与国家验收;
(2)任中国散裂中子源大气中子辐照谱仪负责人,主持完成该谱仪的整体设计、工程建设,谱仪发展与应用等,开展新型半导体器件大气中子辐照效应研究;
(3)承担了国家重大科技基础设施项目,国家自然科学基金面上项目、重大研究计划、国际合作项目,中国科学院先导专项,以及广东省科技厅项目等;
(4)因在强场物理若干前沿问题研究做出的突出贡献,于2007年获“中国科学院杰出科技成就奖”;
(5)2018年,荣获中国科学院“关键技术人才”奖。

目前的研究课题及展望:
目前正在承担的研究课题有:国家自然科学基金面上项目“高能质子在散裂靶中诱发的衰变热研究”,国家自然科学基金国际合作项目“强激光驱动的离子加速和大能量太赫兹辐射”,广东省科技厅项目“基于中国散裂中子源的大气中子辐照谱仪试验平台”,广东省重点基金“新型宽禁带半导体的大气中子辐照效应研究”等;深入开展中子物理的计算分析与实验测量,新型电子材料与半导体器件的大气中子辐照效应研究等。
培养研究生情况:
已联合培养2名硕士,2名博士;每年拟招收中子物理、材料辐照方向的研究生1-2名。
