曾获得国家级青年人才计划、中科院引才计划(择优支持2021,终期评估优秀2024)、中科院物理所科技新人奖、北京市科技新星计划、北京市自然科学一等奖等荣誉和支持,担任CPL, CPB, 物理学报, 物理四刊联合青年编委。
主要研究方向:
高温超导的调控和机理研究。
过去的主要工作及获得的成果:
致力于发展载流子精细控制能力,通过离子注入调控高温超导特性,同时开发与离子调控兼容的原位表征装置,实现对调控过程中重要物理量的原位表征。进一步,结合连续组分组合薄膜特色技术,揭示高温超导普适量化规律,推动高温超导研究从定性到定量的研究进程。迄今共发表SCI论文50余篇,其中以第一或通讯作者在Nature, Nat. Phys., PRL, Adv. Mater., Nano Lett., Sci. Bull.等国内外知名期刊发表多篇论文,申请发明专利3项,在国内外重要学术会议上做邀请报告20余次。

在读博士研究生5名。 拟每年招收1-2名学生。欢迎优秀本科生来组实习。
