副研究员,博士生导师。2013年本科毕业于北京航空航天大学,2020年博士毕业于中国科学院物理研究所,随后加入中国科学院物理研究所从事研究工作。主要研究方向为新奇量子态的物性表征和物态调控,使用扫描隧道显微镜和扫描微波阻抗显微镜等手段研究铁基超导马约拉纳零能模、低维信息材料及器件、新型磁性材料等。主持国家自然科学基金委青B项目、面上项目,科技部重点研发青年项目,北京市科技新星项目等。

(1)发现马约拉纳零能模中近量子化的电导平台。在FeTe0.45Se0.55表面的磁通涡旋中,通过连续可控的改变针尖与单晶样品之间的隧穿耦合强度,观测到了磁通涡旋中马约拉纳零能模的近量子化电导平台特征,给出了铁基超导体中存在马约拉纳零能模的关键性的实验证据。该研究工作被多家国际媒体报道,并被同期Science杂志的“Perspective”栏目进行了高亮报道,称该工作“provide quantitative evidence for the existence of Majorana modes(为马约拉纳零能模的存在提供了定量化的证据)”。[Science, 2020]
(2)铁基超导体中马约拉纳零能模的拓扑本质。在FeTe0.55Se0.45样品表面系统性的研究了拓扑和平庸两类磁通涡旋的量子化束缚态能级和空间分布特征,发现了磁通涡旋束缚态的半整数嬗移,阐明了马约拉纳零能模的拓扑本质以及存在或消失的微观机制。该研究工作被多家国际媒体报道,并被Nature Reviews Physics杂志“Year in Review”栏目进行了高亮报道。[Nat. Phys., 2019]
