目前正在寻找一批工艺和材料技术开发的工程师开发和实施先进MEMS技术在PVD, CVD, ALD, PECVD, RIE,光刻,湿蚀刻和计量等领域所需的工艺和材料解决方案。

 

岗位名称一:工艺和材料技术开发工程师

工作职责:

Ø  定义,开发和实施硅基MEMS器件制造的工艺和材料技术。

Ø  负责单元/工艺模块开发,设备选择和优化,工艺流程实施,设计规则定义和技术确认。

Ø  设计测试结构,为工艺模块开发选择计量,电气表征良率/性能优化。

Ø  设计统计实验并分析结果以优化器件架构和/或工艺模块。

Ø  驱动工艺和设备优化以满足技术要求。

Ø  促进工艺改进和/或修复可靠性差或成品率低的问题。

Ø  支持过程工程和良率工程小组,以提高生产过程的质量和良率。

任职要求:

Ø  电子工程,物理,化学,化学工程,材料工程或相关技术领域的硕士/博士学历。

Ø  具有半导体工艺技术和晶圆制造背景。

Ø  具备以下一个或多个工程学科的知识:工艺整合,设计,建模和/或过程工程。

Ø  掌握工艺和计量工具的知识。能够使用DOE和统计分析。

Ø  优秀的书面和口头沟通能力

 

岗位名称二:工艺整合工程师

工作职责:

Ø  从事半导体工艺集成领域的研究和开发,解决光刻、等离子体蚀刻、湿法之间的复杂相互作用。

Ø  推动跨职能互动,与工艺工程团队合作,开发新的工艺模块,并为客户提供技术解决方案。

Ø  主导新产品的认证和生产导入。

Ø  设计、执行和分析实验,以提高每个特定产品的良率和性能。

Ø  通过大数据分析发现工艺设计弱点和/或制造工具问题。

任职要求:

Ø  硕士学位,材料科学,电子工程,化学或物理专业。博士学位优先。

Ø  良好的沟通和人际关系技巧。

Ø  能够在不同背景跨职能与不同地域的团队合作。

Ø  具有团队合作精神,能在动态和快节奏的环境中茁壮成长。

Silex Beijing is seeking a number of Process and Materials Technology Development Engineers who can develop and implement process and materials solutions required for advanced MEMS technology in areas of PVD, CVD, ALD, PECVD, RIE, photolithography, wet Etch and metrology.  You will work closely with other innovators in device design, product engineering, process Integration engineering teams to identify an integrated process solution to resolve issues or specific request from our customers.

(一)Process and Materials Technology Development Engineer

Responsibility:

Defines, develops and implements process and materials technology for the manufacture of silicon-based MEMS devices.

Responsible for unit/process module development, equipment selection and optimization, process flow implementation, design rule definition, and technology qualification.

Design test structures and select metrology for process module development,  electrical characterization yield/performance optimization.

Design statistical experiments and analyze results to optimize device architecture and/or process modules.

Drive process and device optimization to meet technology requirements.

Facilitate process improvements and/or fixes for problems of poor reliability or low yield.

Support Process Engineering and Yield Engineering groups to improve process quality and yield of technologies released to manufacturing.

Qualifications

MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering or related technical field

Solid understanding of materials, or semiconductor device physics including CMOS, and optical devices.

Background in semiconductor process technology and wafer fabrication. Knowledge of one or more of the following engineering disciplines: Process Integration, Design, Modeling, and/or Process Engineering.

Hands on knowledge of process and metrology tools

Ability to utilize DOE and statistical analysis.

Excellent written and oral communication skills

(二)Process Integration Engineer

Job Description

1) Performing Research and Development in the area of semiconductor process integration solving complex interactions between lithography, plasma etch, wets. dry clean and metallization techniques

 2) Driving cross-functional interactions and collaborating with the process engineering teams to develop new process building blocks and provide technical solutions to customers.

3) Leading new product qualification and introduction to manufacturing.

4) Designing, executing and analyzing experiments to improve yield and performance for each specific product.

5)  Big data analysis to identify process design weaknesses and/or manufacturing tool issues.

Qualifications

1) A Master degree in Material Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry or Physics is required.  Phd degree is preferred.

2) Good communication and interpersonal skills.

3) Able to work on cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams with diverse backgrounds.

4) A team player that can multitask and thrive in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment.
