2004年于北京工业大学获得学士学位。
2010年于中国科学院物理研究所获理学博士学位(导师:李明研究员)。
2010年7月至今中国科学院物理研究所软物质物理重点实验室工作。
2020年获国家自然科学基金委优秀青年基金。
主要研究方向:
聚焦于物理学与生命科学的交叉领域,致力于利用超高精度单分子荧光技术,在分子水平上揭示生命过程的运行机制。目前主要研究方向包括:
生物膜系统的复杂动力学:在单分子水平上,表征从离体到在体环境中生物膜及相关膜蛋白的随机动力学、输运过程及其相变行为。
人工细胞膜的形变及输运:探索膜蛋白作为“分子机器”,介导人工细胞膜的形变,并调控其跨膜输运的统计物理规律。
过去的主要工作及获得的成果:
1.发展了精度达到亚纳米的表面诱导荧光衰减方法,一举突破膜蛋白位置测量的技术瓶颈,可实时测量膜蛋白插膜的动力学。运用该方法,解析了多肽的跨膜过程。
2.发展了基于囊泡的荧光淬灭方法,此技术可以用于更为精确地研究接近真实生命过程的蛋白与膜相互作用的动态过程。
3.发展了DNA弓方法,用于提高单分子荧光共振能量转移的精度,应用该方法研究核酸酶,可以精确测量单个水解能量所驱动的分子马达在核酸上的运动,极大提高分子马达的研究能力。
