生物光子学,荧光显微成像、神经成像、计算机视觉等
过去的主要工作及获得的成果:
率先开展针对哺乳动物全脑范围神经元动力学的介观单光子显微成像研究,并在该领域深耕近十年,取得了显著的成果。将信息科学技术与显微成像技术相结合,创新研发了一系列新型显微技术,有效解决了介观显微成像在成像景深、通量等方面的技术瓶颈,以期利用创新性的显微成像技术突破现有的多尺度观测瓶颈,全面捕捉并解析神经元活动的复杂模式。在此期间,已发表学术论文40余篇,其中以第一或通讯作者(含共同)身份在Nat. Photonics, Nat. Biomed. Eng., Light Sci. & Appl.等国际顶级期刊及重要会议上发表高质量研究成果十余篇,累计被引用次数超过1500次,获得专利授权十余项。此外,成功主持并完成了多项国家自然科学基金面上项目、应急管理项目,承担国家重大仪器设备开发专项、重点研发青年科学家等子任务。
